I wasn't disappointed in it's performance. Sharp cutting blade and no parts missing. Extending the pole reaches close to 8 feet and tilting the cutting head is great. Was able to cut 1/2 round branches with no difficulty. The 4.3 amp motor is a plus for bigger branches. Cutting normal hedgesis is a breeze. Now for the con side of the product, the weight. I am in good physical shape but cutting overhead with full Extension out and pole at about 15 degrees your arms will begin to fatigue, I felt it after about 8 minutes. Now, that's without using the harness. Using the provided harness changes everything, it takes the fatigue factor out of the equation, it works. A number of comments complained about the weight and arm fatigue but I assume they weren't using the harness. This is an updated harness compared to what was provided about 3 years back, which was just a one side shoulder support. This harness works. If you fit it for your body and don't change it, you can easily use the trimmer for an extended period of time. Use the harness!.
