I purchased this tool hoping that I can remove the impeller out of thw shaft easier. However, this tool does not work. If this toll can actually pull the impeller out, then you can use a 3/8 long stud to know the shaft out. In conclusion, I don't think this tool will work with the indoor fan 1/2 to 3/4HP ECM motor. Use different tool instead!
