I needed to get a pizza cutter. This one looked pretty good and was inexpensive enough to try out.I have used it for about the last year and am very, VERY happy with it.The blade is sharp enough to cut hard baked crust, but large enough to be able to easily control.The outside cover has an inner cover that can close.When it is in use, the inside cover protects the outside cover from getting pizza inside of it, so the inside of the outside cover has never, in my experience, gotten dirty.To clean, you rotate the inside cover to the closed position, and simply pull it out. The inside cover then opens and the blade and EVERYTHING that gets food on it is very simple to clean off with a soft brush or sponge.A week ago, I cut seven large pizzas, a few minutes apart. I closed the blade and one of the people at the party put it out of the way when I was not paying attention. I found it a bit ago today and it washed off as easy as it does when it has just been used.This is fantastic, and it’s fantastic for the price, too.
