Description

The carving knife is ideal for cutting and slicing raw or roast meat. The carving knife has a large blade which ensures a solid and clean cut through the fibres of the meat so that no valuable meat juices run out when slicing. As meat is portioned very differently, smaller portions can also be cut with the carving knife. It can therefore also be used for dicing the meat delicately or cutting the meat into strips. A carving knife should be an integral part of every basic set of kitchen knives and is therefore included in the WMF knife sets as well.
